MASS SHOOTING IN PHILADELPHIA,,, um, wait, Philly is a "City of the First Class" which means you can\'t have a gun there, not even if you have a CCW for Pennsylvania you can\'t bring a gun to Philly , not even off duty police can carry in Philly. So how could there possibly be a mass shooting in Philly?
