Floridians WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF! WE THE PEOPLE, will make sure of that. It was the part of the Bill that sent Billions to Ukraine, again. Take that out and they would have voted differently. Republicans actually read these bills with all the hidden agenda Dems ALWAYS ADD. It wasn't to "STICK IT TO JOE", it was to protect USA TAX PAYING CITIZENS. Joe has nothing to do with it. AS ALWAYS. Does Joe even know about Hurricane Ian?
