when Obama left office, he went underground. I expected dirty tactics, but Obama was exceeded by patent liar Biden!

Biden is probably faking his bumbling to avoid truth. I see 2 possibilities! Either faking (if Democrats believe him NOT incompetent) or finally not faking (his perpetual criminal lies have made him lose touch with reality! )
