“There’s a person [Peter Navarro] in jail right now because you all brought a criminal lawsuit against him because he did not appear for a House subpoena,” U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes said, Politico reported. “And now you guys are flouting those subpoenas.”
She added: I think it’s quite rich you guys pursue criminal investigations and put people in jail for not showing up. ... You all are making a bunch of arguments that you would never accept from any other litigant.”
The hearing in front of Judge Reyes related to the DOJ seeking to avoid testifying on tax matters associated with the Judiciary Committee’s Hunter Biden investigation. As the Court witnessed a perfectly worthless legal argument by the morons at the DOJ, the Judge then asked whether, if the DOJ reversed its position, would the DOJ then order the attorneys to comply with the subpoenas? -- the DOJ would not agree.
Judge Reyes, exasperated – “Are You Kidding Me” – at that moment we could see her Biden vote circling the toilet.
This occurred on April 5th, further shredding this DOJ’s reputation. The sheer disrespect to the Federal Court highlights the authoritarian view the DOJ holds; these are not attorneys and there is no law – they are henchmen working for the White House.
As this testimony dispute progresses, if the DOJ fails to order their attorneys to testify when required, Judge Reyes could clearly hold the DOJ attorneys in contempt; however, this corrupt administration and its demonic allies may place pressure on Judge Reyes to back her off. Judge Ana Reyes has just entered the Gauntlet - prayers are needed for her to keep her strength.
On April 16th, less than two weeks from today, the Fischer case involving 18 USC 1512(c) will be heard, where this same corrupt DOJ applied laws designed to prosecute corrupt acts of “impeding an official proceeding” against the January 6ers that certainly were not exhibiting corruption as that is a specialty of Washington DC, not MAGA.
Specifically, this Section 1512 law was written to deal with corrupt acts by Enron and the like to destroy evidence and interfere with proceedings such they could reduce their own punishments. Given the clear misapplication of the law through intentional misinterpretation, the Court will, without a doubt, fully relieve all January 6ers subject to this charge, substantially reducing many sentences.
The following week, we have the Presidential Immunity case. Judge Reyes' actions as a fair Judge on Friday help clarify to the Supreme Court the extent of corruption at the DOJ just before they decide on Presidential Immunity for President Trump.
